Ginger Limeade Mimosa

Who doesn’t love a refreshingly delicious summer cocktail? My latest cocktail is ideal for Sunday brunch at home or picnics with your sweetheart.


2 Cups Ice
2 Cups Prosecco (or other bubbly)
4 Fresh squeezed limes
1-2 tsp lime zest
1 tsp grated ginger
1-2 tsp honey (optional)

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until ice becomes slushy. Pour into two chosen glasses and drink without abandon!

Pair Ginger Limeade Mimosa with your favorite brunch meal. I paired mine with a white bean, broccolini, and baby bella mushroom quiche.
